The U-44 is a compact audio interface with four inputs and four outputs that makes it easy to record and play back audio anywhere. Although the U-44 fits easily in the palm of your hand, it has all the features you need for 24-bit/96 kHz mobile recording. The U-44 has the same high-quality, low-noise microphone preamps as our esteemed H5 and H6 Handy Recorders, and is also compatible with ZOOM interchangeable capsules, opening up incredible possibilities. Use the U-44 via USB with your PC, Mac or iPad - or as an independent AD/DA converter and mic preamp. No other audio interface is as versatile, valuable and powerful. No matter where you want to record, the USB-powered U-44 is always the perfect centrepiece for your mobile studio. Connect instruments, monitors and other devices when you want to record at home - or connect it to your iPad to make music on the go. If USB power isn't available, the U-44 can also be powered by just two AA batteries for recording on the go.
